  Expensive meals for 2! Seriously?! I would expect better service for the price of their meals. Not impressed at all! And when I expressed the fact that I wasnt happy with something - the staff member I complained to swerved our tavle for the remainder of the night and I genuinely wasnt rude or anything.??? Not ever eating there again.

  Language barrier and charging extra to eat in unable to satisfy customer, did not listen to the request and was rude about it. Food is pricey and customer service not great. I was an observer to my friend being treated unfairly.

  I have been to Loong Fong on several occasions and never been disappointed. It is great for larger groups with their round tables and huge lazy susans. The food is delicious and although I don't eat seafood, those I dined with assured me it was heavenly.
